REGULATIONS UNDER THE COMMONWEALTH PUBLIC SERVICE ACT 1922-1939.*
THE PUBLIC SERVICE BOARD appointed under the Commonwealth Public Service Act 1922-1939, in pursuance and exercise of the authority conferred upon it by the said Act, and subject to the approval of the Governor-General, hereby makes the following Regulations.

Amendments of the Commonwealth Public Service Regulations.†
Notification of provisional promotions.
1. Regulation 109 of the Commonwealth Public Service Regulations is amended by omitting from sub-regulation (1.) the word “Federal” and inserting in its stead the word “Australian”.
Test of qualifications for certain offices .
2. Regulation 112a of the Commonwealth Public Service Regulations is amended by inserting in sub-regulation (1.), after the words “Senior Postal Clerk.”, the words “Statistical Tabulator (Female).”.
Age limitation for Lockers’ positions.
3. Regulation 112c of the Commonwealth Public Service Regulations is amended—
(a) by inserting, after the word “appointed”, the word “, transferred”; and
(b) by omitting the figures “35” and inserting in their stead the figures “40”.
