COMMONWEALTH PUBLIC SERVICE REGULATIONS (TENTH AMENDMENT, 1921).
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Commonwealth Public Service Act 1902-1918, to come into operation forthwith.

Amendment of Commonwealth Public Service Regulations.
Regulation 91 of the Public Service Regulations is amended by omitting from the list of holidays prescribed for Western Australia the words “Proclamation Day” and inserting in their stead the words “Labour Day (2nd May)”.
