PROVISIONAL REGULATIONS UNDER THE DEFENCE ACT 1903-1910.
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby certify that, on account of urgency, the following Regulation under the Defence Act 1903-1910 should come into immediate operation, and make the Regulation to come into operation forthwith as a Provisional Regulation.

REGULATIONS (PROVISIONAL) FOR THE COMMONWEALTH MILITARY CADET CORPS (STATUTORY RULE No. 63/1907).
Section 3.—General.
Add new Regulation—
44 (a). In schools having Cadet, Mounted Cadet, or Senior Cadet units or detachments, miniature rifle ranges may be constructed or enlarged during the year 1910-1911, subject to the approval of the District Commandant, if sufficient funds are available for the purpose from the credit balance of allowances paid to such schools as “Detachment” or “Clothing” allowances, and such expenditure may be made from such allowances.
All such expenditure shall be subject to the District Commandant’s approval in respect to design and cost of the work.
