1932. No. 96.

 

REGULATIONS UNDER THE COMMONWEALTH BANK ACT 1911-1932.

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following amendments of the Regulations under the Commonwealth Bank Act 1911-1932, to come into operation forthwith.

Amendment of the Commonwealth Bank Regulations.

(Statutory Rules 1928, No. 78, as amended to this date.)

Regulation 15 of the Commonwealth Bank Regulations is amended by adding at the end thereof the words “or to the like effect”.

Regulation 16 of the Commonwealth Bank Regulations is amended by inserting after the words “Form C” the words “or to the like effect”.

Regulation 17 of the Commonwealth Bank Regulations is amended by adding at the end thereof the words “or to the like effect”.

Regulation 29 of the Commonwealth Bank Regulations is amended by inserting after the words “Form H” the words “or to the like effect”.

The Schedule to the Commonwealth Bank Regulations is amended by omitting Forms B, C, H, and AE, and inserting in their stead the following Forms:—
