REGULATION UNDER THE COMMERCE (TRADE DESCRIPTIONS) ACT 1905.
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Commerce (Trade Descriptions) Act 1905, to come into operation forthwith.

Amendment of the Commerce Regulations 1913.
(Statutory Rules 1913, No. 347.)
Sub-regulation (a) of Commerce Regulation 13 is repealed and the following substituted therefor:—
(a) In the case of butter the Trade Description as prescribed in regulation 12 shall be indelibly impressed on the outer covering, in the case of milled butter in red colour, and in the case of butter other than milled butter in some dark colours other than red. The true description shall specify whether the butter is Pure Creamery Butter, Pastry Butter, or Milled Butter, as the case may be, and, in the case of pasteurized butter, the word “Pasteurized” shall be applied to the boxes containing the butter, in letters not less than three-quarters of an inch in depth and half an inch in breadth.
