REGULATION UNDER THE COMMERCE (TRADE DESCRIPTIONS) ACT 1905.
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Commerce (Trade Descriptions) Act 1905, to come into operation on and from the first day of January, 1920.

Amendment of the Commerce Regulations.
(Statutory Rules 1913, No. 347.)
Sub-regulation (i) of regulation 8 is amended by the addition to the first sentence thereof of the following words:—
“and when paper is contained in such goods, in any proportion whatsoever, the trade description shall include the word ‘paper’ and shall be applied by means of indelible stamping and in conspicuous characters to the material at least once every yard.” (T. & C. 19/B.8749.)
