REGULATION UNDER THE COMMERCE (TRADE DESCRIPTIONS) ACT 1905.
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Commerce (Trade Descriptions) Act 1905 to come into operation forthwith.

Amendment of the Commerce Regulations 1913.
(Statutory Rules 1913, No. 347.)
Regulation 13 is hereby amended by inserting therein, after paragraph (c), the following paragraph: —
“(ca) In the case of milled butter there shall be stamped or marked in the left-hand top corner of that end or side of each outer covering bearing the trade description a mark or marks, approved by the Comptroller-General, indicating the date of milling.”
