STATUTORY RULES.

1935. No. 131.

 

REGULATIONS UNDER THE COMMERCE (TRADE DESCRIPTIONS) ACT 1905–1933 AND THE CUSTOMS ACT 19011935.*

I, THE GOVERNORGENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Commerce (Trade Descriptions) Act 1905–1933 and the Customs Act 1901–1935.

Amendment of The Commerce (General Exports) Regulations.

Inspection lees.

1. Regulation 104 of the Commerce (General Exports) Regulations is hereby repealed.

Commencement.

2. The last preceding regulation shall take effect on the sixteenth day of December 1935.
