REGULATION UNDER THE COMMERCE (TRADE DESCRIPTIONS) ACT 1905.
I, THE GOVERNOR‑GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, do hereby make the following Regulation under the Commerce (Trade Descriptions) Act 1905, to come into operation forthwith.

Amendment of Commerce (Exports) Regulations 1921.
(Statutory Rules 1921, No. 207, as amended to this date.)
The standard for Egg Pulp contained in the First Schedule to the Commerce (Exports) Regulations 1921 is hereby repealed and the following inserted in its stead:—
Egg Pulp.
Egg Pulp shall be prepared from fresh eggs only, and may contain—
In the case of liquid whole eggs, not more than 74 per cent. moisture and 1 per cent. boric acid;
In the case of egg albumen, not more than 86 per cent. moisture and 1 per cent. boric acid;
In the case of egg yolk, not more than 51 per cent. moisture and 1.5 per cent. boric acid.
It shall not contain any other foreign substances or shell.
