COLONIAL LIGHT DUES APPROPRIATION.

 

No. 67 of 1932.

An Act relating to Colonial Light Dues.

[Assented to 5th December, 1932.]

Preamble.

BE it enacted by the Kings Most Excellent Majesty, the Senate, and the House of Representatives of the Commonwealth of Australia for the purpose of appropriating the grant originated in the House of Representatives, as follows:—

Short title.

1. This Act may be cited as the Colonial Light Dues Appropriation Act 1932.

Appropriation.

2.—(1.) There shall be payable to the Government of the United Kingdom such amounts as are, from time, to time, received by the Commonwealth under the Colonial Light Dues Collection Act 1932 in payment of Colonial light dues.

(2.) Any amounts payable to the Government of the United Kingdom under this section shall be paid out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund which is, to the necessary extent, hereby appropriated accordingly.
