Classification (Markings for Certified Exempt Films and Computer Games) Determination 2007
From 1 July 2007, the Office of Film and Literature Classification (OFLC) will be integrated into the Attorney-General's Department. As a result of this administrative change, the Classification (Markings for Certified Exempt Films and Computer Games) Determination 2007 (the Determination) has been issued with a revised exempt description box which does not refer to the OFLC (Schedule 1, Part 2, Column 2).
The Determination commences on 1 July 2007.
Section 3 of the Determination revokes the Classification (Markings for Certified Exempt Films and Computer Games) Determination 2005.
The Determination is a legislative instrument for the purposes of the Legislative Instruments Act 2003.
Consultation is unnecessary for this legislative instrument as it has been issued due to an administrative change.
