1 Name
This instrument is the Civil Aviation Safety Amendment (Remotely Piloted Aircraft and Model Aircraft — Registration and Accreditation) Regulations 2019 Commencement Determination 2020.
2 Commencement
This instrument commences on the day it is registered.
Note Under subregulation 2 (2) of the Civil Aviation Safety Amendment (Remotely Piloted Aircraft and Model Aircraft — Registration and Accreditation) Regulations 2019, this instrument is a notifiable instrument.
3 Determination
I determine 30 September 2020 to be the day for the purposes of item 2 of the table in subregulation 2 (1) of the Civil Aviation Safety Amendment (Remotely Piloted Aircraft and Model Aircraft — Registration and Accreditation) Regulations 2019, as amended.
Note By virtue of this Determination, 30 September 2020 is the date of commencement of Schedules 1 and 2 of the Civil Aviation Safety Amendment (Remotely Piloted Aircraft and Model Aircraft — Registration and Accreditation) Regulations 2019, as amended.
