CARRIER LICENCE GRANTED – SWOOP INFRASTRUCTURE PTY LTD
The Australian Communications and Media Authority gives notice under subsection 56(3) of the Telecommunications Act 1997 (“the Act”) that on 30 October 2023 a carrier licence was granted to Swoop Infrastructure Pty Ltd (ACN 671 420 607) under subsection 56(1) of the Act.
