1945. No. 140.

 

REGULATION UNDER THE CANNED FRUITS EXPORT CONTROL ACT 1926-1938.*

I, THE DEPUTY OF THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Canned Fruits Export Control Act 1926-1938.

Amendment of the Canned Fruits Export Control (Staff) Regulation.†

Gratuity.

The Canned Fruits Export Control (Staff) Regulations are amended by inserting after regulation 12 the following regulation:—

“12a. The Board may pay to any dependant of an officer who dies after he has completed fifteen years’ continuous service with the Board, such sum as the Minister, after recommendation by the Board, determines.”.
