REGULATIONS UNDER THE CANNED FRUITS EXPORT CONTROL ACT 1926-1938.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Canned Fruits Control Act 1926-1938.

Amendments of the Canned Fruits Export Control (Poll and Election of Board) Regulations.

Definitions.

1. Regulation 3 of the Canned Fruits Export Control (Poll and Election of Board) Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting from the definition of “The Act” the figures “1926” and inserting in their stead the figures “1926-1938”; and

(b) by omitting the definitions of “The Minister” and “Officer”.

Schedule.

2. The Schedule to the Canned Fruits Export Control (Poll and Election of Board) Regulations is amended by omitting from Forms A and B the words “Canned Fruits Export Control Board” (wherever occurring) and inserting in their stead the words “Australian Canned Fruits Board”.
