REVOCATION OF PROHIBITION AND REVOCATION OF ACCESS TO CERTAIN AREAS
AND UNDERTAKING OF CERTAIN ACTIVITIES WITHIN THE PARK (No. 3 of 2021)
I, Jody Swirepik, acting Director of National Parks, acting pursuant to subregulations 12.23(3) and 12.23A(3) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Regulations 2000 (Regulations):
REVOKE the prohibition I made dated 10 September 2021 pursuant to subregulations 12.23(3) and 12.23A(3) of the Regulations in relation to access to certain areas and the undertaking of certain activities in the Park, with the revocation to take effect from 12.01am 18 October 2021.
