Notice under Paragraph 15(2)(b)

 

Boarding Station Revocation and Appointment

 

 

I, John Gibbon, delegate of the Comptroller-General of Customs, under subsection 33(3) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901 and paragraph 15(2)(b) of the Customs Act 1901 (the Act):

 

(a) REVOKE the appointment of the boarding stations at Perth Airport contained in Gazette No C2013G00119 published in the Commonwealth of Australia Gazette on 11 January 2013; and

 

(b) APPOINT as boarding stations at Perth International Airport in the State of Western Australia, the areas identified by thick red lines in Attachments A, B, C and D.

 

 

 

This notice commences on 14 March 2018.
