Boarding Station Notice of Appointment (No. 20/04)
Lucky Bay
I, Jasmina Ackar, delegate of the Comptroller-General of Customs, under paragraph 15(2)(b) of the Customs Act 1901:
(a) APPOINT as boarding stations in Lucky Bay in the State of South Australia the locations, indicated by red crosses in Attachment A to this notice, with the following coordinates:
(i) Longtitude 137° 2’ 54.67” East, Latitude 33° 48’ 0.13” South; and
(ii) Longtitude 137° 2’ 0.05” East, Latitude 33° 50’ 30.03” South; and
(b) LIMIT the purpose of those boarding stations to use by commercial vessels only.
