Biological Control Amendment Commencement Proclamation 2016
I, General the Honourable Sir Peter Cosgrove AK MC (Ret’d), Governor‑General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under item 2 of the table in subsection 2(1) of the Biological Control Amendment Act 2016, fix 1 January 2017 as the day on which Schedule 1 to that Act commences.
