REGULATIONS UNDER THE BEER EXCISE ACT 1901-1928.*
(Third Amendment.)
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Beer Excise Act 1901-1928.

Amendment of the Beer Excise Regulations.†
After Regulation 32 of the Beer Excise Regulations the following regulation is inserted :—
Sec. 13.
33. The amount of security to be given to the Collector in accordance with Sec. 13 of the Act shall be according to the following scale:—

For every brewer paying a licence fee of £75 per annum or less............... | 500 |
For every brewer paying a licence fee of £100 per annum | 750 |
For every brewer paying a licence fee of £125 per annum | 1,000 |
For every brewer paying a licence fee of £150 per annum | 2,500 |
For every brewer paying a licence fee of £175 per annum | 5,000 |
For every brewer paying a licence fee of £200 per annum | 7,500 |
For every brewer paying a licence fee of £250 per annum | 10,000 |
