STATUTORY RULES

1952. No. 93.

REGULATION UNDER THE BANKING ACT 1945.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Banking Act 1945.

AMENDMENT OF THE BANKING REGULATIONS.

Balancing dates.

Regulation 2 of the Banking Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting from the table therein the words—

“The Bank of Australia”.......................

First Monday after 9th October ";

and

(b) by omitting from the table therein the words—

“The Union Bank of Australia Limited............ 

31st August”.
