Automotive Industry Authority Act: 1984
Automotive Industry Authority Regulations (Amendment)
Issued by the Authority of the Minister for Industry, Technology and Commerce.
1. The Automotive Industry Authority Regulations (Amendment) amends the regulations to the Automotive Industry Authority Act 1984 so as to increase the number of members of the Authority, in addition to the senior member, from the present two to three.
2. The creation of the additional member position increases the effectiveness of the Authority as a catalyst for change in the automotive industry.
