Authorisation of the Minister for Social Services to act on behalf of the Minister for Education (December 2022)
I, the Hon Jason Clare MP, Minister for Education, hereby authorise, under subsection 34AAB(1) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901, the Hon Amanda Rishworth MP, Minister for Social Services, to act on my behalf in the performance of any function or duty, or the exercise of any power, that I, as Minister for Education, may perform or exercise under an Act for the period beginning on 17 December 2022 and ending on 4 January 2023.
