1 Name of Regulations [see Note 1]

  These Regulations are the Australian Tourist Commission Regulations 2000.

2 Commencement

  These Regulations commence on gazettal.

3 Definition

  In these Regulations:

Act means the Australian Tourist Commission Act 1987.

4 Limit on contract amount

  For paragraph 46 (a) of the Act, the amount is $5 million.
