Australian Small Business and Family Enterprise Ombudsman Appointment (No. 1) 2025
I, the Honourable Sam Mostyn AC, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, and under subsection 24(1) of the Australian Small Business and Family Enterprise Ombudsman Act 2015, appoint Lynda McAlary-Smith as the Australian Small Business and Family Enterprise Ombudsman, on a full-time basis, for a period of five years beginning on 11 March 2026.
