Australian Securities and Investments Commission – Member and Chairperson – Appointment (No. 1) 2026
I, the Honourable Sam Mostyn AC, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, and under subsections 9(2) and 10(1) of the Australian Securities and Investments Commission Act 2001, appoint Sarah Court as a member and the Chairperson of the Australian Securities and Investments Commission, on a full-time basis, for a period of five years beginning on 1 June 2026.
