Australian Securities and Investments Commission – Full-time Chairperson and Member and Deputy Chairperson and Member – Appointments 2021

I, General the Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Retd), Governor‑General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under subsection 9(2) and section 10 of the Australian Securities and Investments Commission Act 2001, appoint:

(a) Joseph Longo as the full-time Chairperson and Member of the Australian Securities and Investments Commission for a period of five years beginning on 1 June 2021; and

(b) Sarah Court as the full-time Deputy Chairperson and Member of the Australian Securities and Investments Commission for a period of five years beginning on 1 June 2021.
