Australian Securities and Investments Commission (Financial Reporting Council – Members) Appointment
(No. 1) 2023

I, Jim Chalmers, Treasurer, under subsections 235A(1) and 235AA(6) of the Australian Securities and Investments Commission Act 2001, appoint Prudence Bennett and Rachel Grimes, as members of the Financial Reporting Council, on a part-time basis, each for a period of three years beginning on the day after this instrument is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation.
