Australian Securities and Investments Commission (Financial Reporting Council) Appointment (No. 1) 2022

I, Michael Sukkar, Assistant Treasurer, Minister for Housing, and Minister for Homelessness, Social and Community Housing, under subsections 235A(1), 235A(3) and 235AA(6) of the Australian Securities and Investments Commission Act 2001, appoint Andrew Mills as a member and Chair of the Financial Reporting Council, on a part-time basis, for a period of 3 years from the day after this instrument is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation.
