Australian Securities and Investments Commission (Financial Reporting Council – Acting Member) Appointment (No. 1) 2022
I, Michael Sukkar, Assistant Treasurer, Minister for Housing, and Minister for Homelessness, Social and Community Housing, under subsections 235A(1) and 235AA(6) of the Australian Securities and Investments Commission Act 2001 and subsection 33(4) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901, appoint Lawrence Tremaine as an acting member of the Financial Reporting Council, on a part-time basis, for a period of three months from 29 April 2022.
