Australian Securities and Investments Commission (Companies Auditors Disciplinary Board – Part-time Member) Appointments (No. 2) 2024

I, Stephen Jones, Assistant Treasurer and Minister for Financial Services, under section 203 of the Australian Securities and Investments Commission Act 2001:

  1.     being satisfied the person is eligible for appointment under subsection 203(1B) of that Act, appoint Brad Potter as an accounting member of the Companies Auditors Disciplinary Board, on a part-time basis, for a period of three years beginning on 18 February 2025; and
  2.     being satisfied the person is eligible for appointment under subsection 203(2A) of that Act, appoint Kerrie Howard as a business member of the Companies Auditors Disciplinary Board, on a part-time basis, for a period of three years beginning on 4 March 2025.
