Australian Securities and Investments Commission (Companies Auditors Disciplinary Board – Deputy Chairperson and Members) Appointments (No. 1) 2025
I, Daniel Mulino, Assistant Treasurer and Minister for Financial Services, under section 203 of the Australian Securities and Investments Commission Act 2001:
(a) being satisfied the person is eligible for appointment under subsection 203(2) of that Act, appoint Inge Kindermann as Deputy Chairperson of the Companies Auditors Disciplinary Board, on a part-time basis, for the period beginning on 30 September 2025 until 29 September 2028.
(b) being satisfied that each person is eligible for appointment under subsection 203(2A) of that Act, appoint:
(i) Tony Marks as a business member of the Companies Auditors Disciplinary Board, on a part-time basis, for the period beginning on 30 September 2025 until 29 September 2028; and
(ii) Naomi Rule as a business member of the Companies Auditors Disciplinary Board, on a part-time basis, for the period beginning on 1 October 2025 until 30 September 2028.
