Australian Securities and Investments Commission (Australian Accounting Standards Board—Part-time Member) Appointment (No. 1) 2021
The Financial Reporting Council, under subsection 236B(2) of the Australian Securities and Investments Commission Act 2001, being satisfied that the person is qualified for appointment in accordance with subsection 236B(3) of that Act, appoints James Grant to be a member of the Australian Accounting Standards Board, on a part-time basis, for the period 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2024.
