Australian Securities and Investments Commission (Auditing and Assurance Standards Board—Part-time Members) Appointment (No. 1) 2025
The Financial Reporting Council, under subsection 236F(2) of the Australian Securities and Investments Commission Act 2001, being satisfied that each person is qualified for appointment in accordance with subsection 236F(4) of that Act, appoints Andrew Porter, Chi Woo, Terence Jeyaretnam and Jason Thorne as members of the Auditing and Assurance Standards Board, each on a part-time basis and each for the period beginning on 1 January 2026 until 30 June 2026.
