The Financial Reporting Council, under subsection 236F(2) of the Australian Securities and Investments Commission Act 2001, being satisfied that the person is qualified for appointment in accordance with subsection 236F(4) of that Act, appoints Graeme Pinfold as a member of the Auditing and Assurance Standards Board, on a part-time basis, for the period beginning on 1 September 2025 until 30 June 2026.
