REGULATIONS UNDER THE PAPUA AND NEW GUINEA ACT 1949-1968.*
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Papua and New Guinea Act 1949-1968.

Amendments of the Australian School of Pacific Administration Regulations†
Definitions.
1. Regulation 4 of the Australian School of Pacific Administration Regulations is amended by inserting in the definition of “the Secretary”, before the word “Territories”, the word “External”.
Minister to administer the School.
2. Regulation 10 of the Australian School of Pacific Administration Regulations is amended by inserting after sub-regulation (I.) the following sub-regulation:—
“(1a.) The Minister may, by instrument in writing, determine the fees to be paid by students of the School.”.
Amendments in relation to decimal currency.
3. The Australian School of Pacific Administration Regulations are amended as set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.
