Australian Organ and Tissue Donation and Transplantation Authority Amendment (Governance and Other Measures) Commencement Proclamation 2021
I, General the Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Retd), Governor‑General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under item 2 of the table in subsection 2(1) of the Australian Organ and Tissue Donation and Transplantation Authority Amendment (Governance and Other Measures) Act 2021, fix 1 November 2021 as the day on which Schedules 1 and 2 to that Act commence.
