Australian Meat and Live-stock Industry (Gross Value of Production of the Industry for 2024-25) Determination 2025
I, Joanna Stanion, delegate of the Secretary of the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry, make this Determination under subsection 66(3) of the Australian Meat and Live-stock Industry Act 1997 (AMLI Act) as it continues to apply under subitem 4(2) of Schedule 4 to the Primary Industries (Consequential Amendments and Transitional Provisions) Act 2024 in relation to the financial year beginning on 1 July 2024.
For the purposes of subsection 66(3) of the AMLI Act, the amount of the gross value of production of the industry for the financial year starting on 1 July 2024 and ending on 30 June 2025 is determined to be $21,207,227,315.
