STUDENT CONDUCT RULES

 

Pursuant to the General Management Statute the Council hereby:

 

(a)                repeals the “Student Conduct Rules” made on the thirtieth day of September 1982; and

(b)               makes the following Rules:

1 Citation

 These rules may be cited as the Student Conduct Rules.

 

2 Definitions

In these Rules unless a contrary intention is indicated,

 

“Student” includes any person who is enrolled in any course of study at the AMC, including short courses.

 

“Classes” includes activities performed in connection with any course of study whether or not on AMC premises.

 

3 Conduct

3.1              A student shall not act in a manner that is prejudicial to the comfort or convenience of others, or is detrimental to the proper conduct of the AMC or its classes.

3.2              A student shall not damage or deface AMC property or the property of any other establishment or place visited in the course of classes.

 

4 Discipline

Failure to comply with these Rules shall result in the taking of action under the Disciplinary Rules.
