AUSTRALIAN MARITIME COLLEGE 

STATUTE NO. 6 

COURSES AND AWARDS STATUTE 

Citation

1.

This Statute may be cited as the Courses and Awards Statute.

 

 

 

 

Rules relating to courses and awards

2.

The Council may make rules, not inconsistent with the Act or a Statute, with respect to

 

 

(a)

the courses of study and instruction of the College;

 

 

 

 

 

 

(b)

the degrees, diplomas and certificates that may be awarded by the College, and the requirements for their award; and

 

 

 

 

 

 

(c)

the formalities and ceremonies relating to the conferring of such degrees, diplomas and certificates by the College.
