Register of persons interested in plans of management

 

The Australian Fisheries Management Authority (AFMA) pursuant to section 17A(2) of the Fisheries Management Act 1991 invites persons and organisations interested in receiving information about draft management plans to have their names and postal addresses entered on a register maintained by AFMA.  Management plans are developed under section 17 of the Fisheries Management Act 1991.

Persons or organisations wishing to accept this invitation to register their interest should do so by writing to:

The name and postal address of the person registering the interest should be included in the acceptance. Persons may specify whether they wish to be notified about all or specific plans of management.

For persons already listed on the register, requests must be received one month after the publication of this notice.  In all other cases a person has 12 months from the date of publication of this notice to register.
