Australian Competition Tribunal – President – Reappointment 2021

I, General the Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Ret’d), Governor‑General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under subsection 30(3) of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, reappoint the Honourable Justice John Middleton as the President of the Australian Competition Tribunal, on a part-time basis, for the period 26 July 2021 until 25 December 2022.
