Australian Competition Tribunal – Part-time Member – Appointments (No. 1) 2024

I, the Honourable Sam Mostyn AC, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, and under subsection 30(3) of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, appoint David Byrne, Katharine Kemp and Flavio Menezes as members of the Australian Competition Tribunal, each on a part-time basis and each for a period of five years beginning on the day after this instrument is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation.
