Australian Competition Tribunal – Part-time Member – Appointment (No. 2) 2024

I, the Honourable Sam Mostyn AC, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, and under subsection 30(3) of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, appoint Jill Walker as a member of the Australian Competition Tribunal, on a part-time basis, for a period of five years beginning on 30 March 2025.
