Australian Competition and Consumer Commission – Full-time Member and Deputy Chairperson –Reappointment (No. 1) 2023

I, General the Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Retd), Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, and under subsections 7(2) and 10(1) of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, reappoint Michael Keogh OAM as a full-time member and Deputy Chairperson of the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission for a period of five years beginning on 30 May 2023.
