Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (Acting Chairperson) Appointments (No. 1) 2024
I, Jim Chalmers, Treasurer, under paragraph 11(2)(a) of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, appoint:
(a) Mick Keogh as the acting Chairperson of the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, on a full-time basis, for the period beginning on 8 May 2024 until 21 May 2024; and
(b) Catriona Lowe as the acting Chairperson of the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, on a full-time basis, for the period beginning on 8 June 2024 until 20 June 2024.
