This instrument is the Australian Capital Territory National Land (Unleased) (Opening of Northern Access Road) Instrument 2025.
2 Commencement
This instrument commences the day after it is registered.
3 Authority
This instrument is made under subsection 10(1) of the Australian Capital Territory National Land (Unleased) Ordinance 2022.
4 Definitions
In this instrument:
Ordinance means the Australian Capital Territory National Land (Unleased) Ordinance 2022.
5 Opening of Northern Access Road
(1) Pursuant to subsection 10(1) of the Ordinance, the Northern Access Road is declared to be a public road and is open to, and may be used by, the public.
(2) The road opening is shown in Appendix 1 of this instrument.
