AUSTRALIAN MARITIME SAFETY AUTHORITY

SHIPPING REGISTRATION REGULATIONS 1981

 

 

 

I, Gary Prosser, Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Australian Maritime Safety Authority, pursuant to sub-section 35(1) of the Shipping Registration Regulations, hereby approve Newcastle in the state of New South Wales as a home port for the purposes of shipping registration.
