An Act to appropriate a sum out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund, additional to the sum appropriated by the Appropriation Act (No. 2) 198182 for certain expenditure in respect of the year ending on 30 June 1982

[Assented to 27 May 1982]

BE IT ENACTED by the Queen, and the Senate and the House of Representatives of the Commonwealth of Australia, as follows:

Short title

1. This Act may be cited as the Appropriation Act (No. 4) 198182.

Commencement

2. This Act shall come into operation on the day it receives the Royal Assent.

Issue and application of $71,353,000

3. The Minister for Finance may issue out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund and apply for the services specified in the Schedule, in respect of the year ending on 30 June 1982, the sum of $71,353,000.

Appropriation

4. The sum authorized by this Act to be issued out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund is appropriated, and shall be deemed to have been appropriated as from 1 July 1981, for the services expressed in the Schedule in respect of the financial year that commenced on that date.
