I, GRAEME ALBERT WATERS, the National Offshore Petroleum Titles Administrator, on behalf of the Commonwealth–Western Australia Offshore Petroleum Joint Authority hereby give notice pursuant to sections 226 and 708 of the Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage Act 2006 that an application has been received from

Pursuant to subsection 226(3) of the Act, a person may make a written submission to the Titles Administrator about this application within 30 days from the date of this notice.

 

This notice takes effect on the day on which it appears in the
Australian Government Gazette.

APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF

PIPELINE LICENCE WA-13-PL

 

The application seeks to effect the following amendments to the licence:

  1. The ROUTE OF PIPELINE is varied by:

 

a)        deleting the words:

“The route of the pipeline shall be from the Pipeline End Manifold (PLEM) at or about latitude 19⁰ 31’ 27.67”(S), longitude 116⁰ 05’ 52.926”(E) westward to the Goodwyn A Platform at or about latitude 19⁰ 39’ 07.937”(S), longitude 115⁰ 55’ 47.028”(E) within the 500m wide corridor, shown in the licensee’s Drawing Drims# 2020280-v2, dated 18 August 2005, titled ‘Perseus over Goodwyn Project (PoG), Pipeline Route’, attached as annexure ‘A’ (All coordinates referenced to GDA94).”

b)     and replacing with:

 

“The route of the pipeline is from the Pipeline End Manifold (PLEM) to the Goodwyn A Platform within the 100 m wide corridor, as shown in licensee’s Drawing CRN# A1960DU001.0001, last updated 17 April 2020, titled ‘Perseus over Goodwyn Subsea Field Layout’, attached as Attachment 1.

2.    The proposed variation to the licence creates a system of pipes which includes the flowlines and spools linking the PER01 and PER03 wells to the Perseus over Goodwyn pipeline.
